Ormiston Children's Centres Colchester provides a wide range of community activities and services to local families with children under 5 years old. The 7 main centres are presently serving a known 5,700 children under 5 in the Children's Centre areas, providing services, activities, advice, information and support. This includes advice on parenting, child development and childcare. Further services are being developed in partnership with Job Centre Plus, Health, the National Childminding Association and pre-schools and nurseries.
